Return Policy

As a Mod-ified customer, if you decide not to keep your order, you can ship it back to us.


No Restocking Fee

Products purchased from Mod-ified may be returned within 30 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and packaging. Items exempt from being returned are final sales, sale items, and sample packs. The only cost(s) will be any shipping costs associated with your order.

Return Process

Returns must be pre-authorized. If you would like to request a return, simply send us an email to team@mod-ified.com. A customer service agent will reply with a Return Authorization Form, which you will need to fill out and send back to us. PLEASE NOTE: we cannot guarantee shipping times as we use 3rd party couriers. If you would like to cancel and return your order because of shipping delays, you will still be charged for the return shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and organize the return of product to our warehouse. We recommend that returns are shipped via a trackable method. It is also the customer’s responsibility to track their order as Mod-ified is not responsible for the returned product until it has arrived in our warehouse and we have cleared it for damage.

Refunds will be issued after product has arrived in our warehouse and has been inspected for damage. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer as soon as the refund has been issued.

In the case that returned product is damaged, a photo and damage report will be emailed to the customer. No refunds will be issued on damaged product.

Damaged Items

If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery to your front door, please contact us immediately. It is important that you do not sign for damaged product. Once signed for, the product is your property and Mod-ified is no longer responsible for it.

If damage is found, a claim must be filed immediately. To file a claim, contact us at team@mod-ified.com. Claims received after 24 hours of delivery cannot be processed.

Order Cancellation

All canceled orders will be fully refunded if within 30 days of the order being placed. This pertains to all orders, whether they have or have not shipped yet. If a credit card was used, there may be associated credit card processing fees. If your cancelled order has already shipped, there will be associated shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: we cannot guarantee shipping times as we use 3rd party couriers. If you would like to cancel and return your order because of shipping delays, you will still be charged for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late Or Missing Funds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days there may be a delay. First check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at team@mod-ified.com.

Final Sale (if applicable)

Unfortunately Final Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@mod-ified.com.
